As a member of Banner – University Family Care/ACC (B – UFC/ACC), you will find plan information and resources below.

We know that health insurance can be confusing and overwhelming at times. We want to help simplify it for you and provide you with all the resources you need to access timely, and high quality healthcare coverage.

We are here to help. If you have any questions, call our Customer Care Center. We are available to take your calls Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
