About Our Service Area

Banner – University Family Care/ACC is available to individuals who live in our plan service area. To remain a member of our plan, you must continue to reside in the plan service area and have AHCCCS.

Our service area includes these counties in Arizona:

Cochise
Gila
Graham
Greenlee
La Paz
Maricopa
Pima
Pinal
Santa Cruz
Yuma
