We want to help you maintain good health and good relationships with providers who understand your needs. If you feel that there is a problem, please call us. We will help you find a provider who will better understand your personal needs. Banner – University Family Care/ACC (B – UFC/ACC) offers language interpretive services for members at no cost.
If you cannot speak to your provider because of a language barrier, call our Customer Care Center. We can schedule a telephone interpreter to help with your appointment. If you need this or any of our other printed materials in another language, please call our Customer Care Center. If you need material in a different format, perhaps in a larger print, we can help too. Let us know if you need help with auxiliary aids and services. Auxiliary aids and services are devices or services that allow effective communication. Aids and services can include screen readers, audio recordings, materials in Braille or larger print. Please let us know if we have overlooked anything that is important to you. We will try to help, including setting up appointments with Sign Language services.

The Customer Care Center is staffed by English and Spanish speakers who are here to help you get the medical care you need. You can call the Customer Care Center at (800) 582-8686, TTY 711. If you speak another language other than English or Spanish, call the Customer Care Center and we will help get an interpreter to assist with the phone call.
