Who Can Join?
To join Banner - University Family Care/AHCCCS Complete Care, you must be approved for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). Once approved, you will be given a choice of health plans to enroll in based on the county you reside in. We service the following counties: Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yuma and Yavapai.
