The Customer Care Center number can be used to reach all departments within B – UFC/ACC. Available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except holidays). An answering service is available after hours.
The Customer Care Center is staffed by English and Spanish speakers. They are here to help you get the medical care you need. If you speak a language other than English or Spanish, call our Customer Care Center. They we will help get an interpreter to assist with the phone call.
The Customer Care Center has representatives available to answer questions about your coverage, benefits, provider networks, and complaints. You can also request any necessary documents you may need.

The Banner Nurse Now Hotline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no cost to you. Call for medical advice if you or a loved one is ill or injured. An experienced nursing staff will help you with your immediate health care questions. They can help you determine the type of care you need and much more.
*Please Note: This service is not intended to replace the services offered by your health care provider. But to support the care you get from your PCP.
Language Interpretation Services
Banner – University Family Care is proud to have members with different languages and cultures. As a member of B – UFC/ACC, you have access to a service that offers interpretive services for 150 different languages so that if you need information in another language other than English, on audiotape, or in America Sign Language, please contact the Customer Care Center.
